The release of this more mature typeface is the result of an earlier project featuring a single style that was developed in 2010. Rita, the new typeface, has evolved from a single style into a complete typeface family with a strong personality, ideal for short texts in high-impact designs. Rita is a serif typeface that offers a wide range of weights and widths: from a thin, ultra-condensed font to a heavy variant for poster design. Its variety of weights and widths allows users to create different compositions, such as headlines and impactful text or high-impact graphics. Rita is available in 10 styles and includes a set of 400 characters compatible with more than 200 languages. Rita was designed by Daniel Hernández in collaboration with Rodrigo Fuenzalida.
