Jabin is a variable font featuring two axes: weight and ornaments. This personal project, realized in 2017, was an exploration of the then-new technology of variable typography. Drawing inspiration from the work of George Shelley and the Gutenberg Bible, Jabin emphasizes the structural and consistent form of its lowercase letters, juxtaposed with the unique and distinctive curves of its uppercase counterparts.
