Carlota is a typeface designed for headlines, with two variables, requested by ELLE magazine as part of its redesign. The art director, Ernesto Moncada, was looking for a font with extremely thin skates, a strong personality and an exaggerated contrast, which resulted in a typeface with distinctive and whimsical features, without losing visual harmony.
