The Mexican Cemita typeface is inspired by the traditional food of Puebla. It is characterized by presenting a fat-free face with convex shapes, taking as a reference the cemita milanesa, which consists of a breaded steak. On the other hand, the Cemita Quesillo variant is inspired by the traditional cheese from Oaxaca, known as quesillo, which has a structure similar to a large rope rolled into a ball. Both ingredients, milanesa and quesillo, are considered fundamental for the elaboration of the perfect cemita.
