Xantolo is a contemporary semi-san humanist typeface family. Its forms were designed to work well in children's literature and short texts, with great performance in print and digital format. Its character set covers Latin plus and includes special graphemes for Nahuatl and phonetic capital letters for Chatino (native Mexican languages). It also includes a special set of lettering items and conjunctions in Spanish and English. Finally, Xantolo has some ornaments alluding to the Day of the Dead, the Mexican holiday from which its peculiar name derives and its forms were inspired.
