Felgueréz is a typeface in homage to Mexican painter and sculptor Manuel Felgueréz. It is based on his artistic-scientific works made in collaboration with systems engineer Mayer Sasson, in which mathematical models were designed to convert stylistic information into numerical data, making use of geometry, mathematics and cybernetics. Typography adopts its lines, proportions and geometric shapes in the morphology of the images presented in these works.
