Sandhouse is a sans serif display font that explores the extremes between minimal contact with letterforms and high contrast, while maintaining a clear identification of its forms. This font is ideal for use on book covers, labels, posters and generally large text over 16 points, making it versatile and fun.
Sandhouse is named after Louise Sandhaus, a graphic designer, teacher and writer, whom we met through the book "Baseline Shift. Untold Stories of Women in Graphic Design History," a book we highly recommend.
