Note. Specimen of the typeface Falcony. Copyright by Nelly Falcón Vidal.

It is a modern transitional Roman typeface that resulted from an experimental process based on the structure of calligraphic characters; these characters gradually took on typographic features until the distinctive concept of this text font was achieved.

The typeface is characterized by a strong style inspired by William Addison Dwiggins, achieved through precise cuts in the main structure, thereby creating an effect in the reader’s mind that allows for a clear typographic rhythm while reading.
