Revista is a typeface system that offers all the features needed to tackle any project related to a fashion magazine. The typeface harmoniously combines different styles into a single large family, consisting of a Didone family of uppercase and small caps—which includes four variants ranging from a monolinear Thin to a Black with matching italics—and an Inline Black variant that serves as a decorative alternative to the Didone typefaces. Revista Stencil, one of its versions, comes with the same number of variants. Revista also includes a Script family with five weights—from Thin (monolinear) to Black—that contrast neatly with numerous ligatures and alternates. You can choose to use stylistic alternates—if you want to give your designs a unique, messy look in the style of modern calligraphy—or switch between different options if you’re looking for a handwritten style. We strongly recommend using the default contextual alternates and discretionary ligatures to get the most out of this great typeface family. Revista includes 2 sets of dingbats, ranging from zodiac symbols to technological symbols, as well as complementary ornaments in 3 different weights: Thin (monolinear), Regular, and Black.
