Antic arises from a study of calligraphic forms and is intended for running text. This typeface marks the beginning of two major family typographic projects, the first of them being the first. Antic investigates the use of sans serif letters in texts, preserving a calligraphic touch present in its serif counterpart, Clark. The letterforms are accented with eight degrees, a detail that almost matches the degree of slant of the designer's handwriting.
