Blacken is a contemporary blackletter with a certain fraktur flavor and a deep dark spirit. With its 420 characters covering 219 Latin-based languages, this font is ideal for your posters, book covers, logos, tattoos and for playing with its strong and thick characters. Among its inspirations are gothic-cholo style, Mexican lettering (the one for tacos and tortas, of course) and a delicious Belgian beer!

In addition to the Normal width, Blacken has Condensed and Expanded and Mixed versions, which combine all three widths as OpenType features. You can also get Blacken Variable to create your own ideal width.
