In 2018, we were commissioned to design a custom typeface for the communication of a specific product of a national brand of Mexican beer. Thus was born Especial , a calligraphic font inspired by the Copperplate style, separate from the brand's original logo. It has a basic set for writing in Spanish and a series of alternative glyphs that enrich and vary when writing.
