Typographic development developed for a personal website interface project.
Being one of the areas I have developed the most, I decided to design typographic elements and icons: Frizz and Cubomatics respectively. Frizz is a set of straight lines and geometric diagonals and structured in a way that could be articulated as a continuous body of text as ligatures. It is intended to work in titles, although it is originally designed under screen typography principles, it works well in other traditional media, so it is very versatile. Its three versions are in themselves a game from modular to experimental, from a game of legibility to a version that works as a cipher.
In 2005, it was included in collaboration with Building Letters magazine as a free font as part of the Font Aid humanitarian aid project for those affected by the 2004 Asian tsunami.
