Hernández Bros is a typeface designed by Daniel and Eli Hernández. It was created in 2021, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, out of a spirit of collaboration that inspired them to work together as a family to achieve better results during such difficult times.
The Hernández brothers began exchanging sketches based on Bulfinch designs found in the 1912 ATF catalog. From this exercise, Hernández Bros was designed—a modern sans serif with eight weights ranging from Extralight to Black. It is an elegant typeface with beautiful, harmonious contrasts, making it ideal for headlines, branding, editorial design, magazines, and more.
